Cheapest/Best way to gain a few inches?

Lookin to add around 3" cheap lift to my ram 1500 v8 5.9 4x4. Trying to stay clear of the body lifts but im on a pretty tight budget. Any experienced advice or links would help. Thanks

You can get away with a 3" coil spacer and a 2" block for next to nothing.
Your front axle won't be centered, and your pinion angles will kind of suck.

But if you're looking for a cheap 3", this is the way to go.
