I have a 2010 Ram 1500 with a 4" suspension lift and 3" body with 22x14 and 35. Started noticing the coilsprings are bowing. How do I fix this?

Is it a rough country lift?

From the pics of your truck that I can find, I notice that the rear part of your lift lacked drop brackets for your control arms.

Without these drop brackets your arms are now too short and will pull your axle slightly forwardd210b611137626babdc4d1f9f2018c3d.jpg
Also, if there is no drop bracket for the track bar, your axle will be slightly pulled out to your passenger side.73a07a57d40581c7f6f2353f4b9fd046.jpg

Both of these can contribute to the bowing of the rear coils.
