Had those on my MegaCan (18's on KMC XD Addicts) .... terrible tires. Wore unevenly and always needed to be balanced. I'd take a 1000 mile round trip and have to balance them again.

I was so glad to pass them on.

As far as your rubbing question you should be good with the Bils where they are at. You may get a little rub on the inside at full steering lock.

Honestly, I'll never buy another set of STT's again.

Check out Toyo AT2's. I just got them and love them. They are aggressive but not a mud tire. I went with 35x12.5 r20.

He's talking about the STT Pro's, I have them and love them. Balance perfect and wear great even with worn out tie rod ends and ball joints.

They came on this 2500 I just got, can't really give a review yet but I hope they're decent. Place I bought it from called everywhere across country and they bought the last 100 37s they could find. He puts them on all of the diesels he sells.

I agree with Maddog in the fact that the standard STT's wear like crap and don't balance very well.

I'll hopefully post up tomorrow when they are mounted up. I am putting 295/65r20 on with bil at 2.1. These un-mounted are right around 35" tall no weight on them, and about 11.5ish wide. Not sure if these are gaining in popularity or what but lots of sites say back ordered.

The Cooper STT pro is a great tire, we put them on my brothers 1500 Chevy. He lov s the , but they're noisy. . Not quite as good as the original STT though. I have 2 sets of 37" STT's as spares. I bought all I could when hey quit making them for my crawler. I love them... cheaper, softer, lighter and last longer than the Toyo MT's. I run 35's on my 2nd gen cummins, have 33k on them with 2-3 trips the drag strip.

The STT pro so far has lasted very well on the chevy. They're at 13000ish? miles now, and still look great even after coming to the drag strip with me a few weeks ago! Hope you like them, good luck!

I would love to get some input on just cooper tires in general. I'm no fanboy, I just like the price of the cooper rtx that I picked up over the weekend (NTB..buy 2 get 2 free) ...and the ride feels good.

I guess at this point any tire is a massive upgrade compared to the stock Goodyear tires.
