What's everyone's angle looking like. On a 2.1 level mine seem nearly as level as it could be... how much angle is to much lol09eeb84f3f79fe3706aeaad904eeec79.jpg0ab2f7e08127d58f7792d327ed46d5aa.jpg

I haven't been under my truck since my Bil's were installed a month ago but I'll check again. Yours looks to be more level than mine from memory.

This makes me wonder, if you had zone control arms to take care of ball joint angles, couldn't you get by with a 1 inch or maybe two inch spacer lift, stacked on top of the bills?

I'm glad you brought that up I'm about to install half inch spacers on top of my bills here in a little bit.. also putting my bils to 2.8. This morning before I got called back out to work I installed 1.5 spacers on my rear 2ced63c2877c6168450144509a90cece.jpg20f9daba8689fd50a5835a8df4114ae0.jpg

The tower bolt is being a total b**** right now pressure I've rounded out the Allen head for countering. I got it soaking in penetrant right now but there is a good chance I'll just be putting the half inch spacer on top of the 2.1 opposed to the spacer plus 2.8

Yep... it's toast.... Unless anybody has got any ideas on how to remove that struck cat boat when it seized I'm just going to put on spacer put on the spacer

Alright the 2.1 with .5 spacer is on and I like the look. Just hope the half inch is enough to keep my 35s from running. And on the plus side I've heard a lot of people complain about the ride stiffening up on the 2.8 setting. So hopefully this will retain the quality ride while having a nearly identical lift875f645870f4f297605a0f089a4ac759.jpgb50ec174af91560f3d51c9a7f518252f.jpg

Are the OP cv angles typical of Bilstein 5100 set at 2.1?

sorry to hear you couldn't get the top nut removed. Looks like it sits good as is, that extra .75 might have made it nose high. Looks great as is IMO

side note......how much lift did the top 1/2" spacer give you?

Yeah seeing how it looks I'm glad I left it at 2.1

Also I forgot to take before measurements lol. It sure looks like a hell of a lot more than half inch though.. Also thanks. :)
