Hey everyone. So I have a 2014 dodge ram 1500. I purshased the rough country 6 inch lift. (12)hours... i still have the stock 275/60/20's... I was told from RC the kit would level the truck. It came with 6 inch spacer to go on top of springs in the rear and i paid and ordered the new front 2.0 struts for the front using orignal springs to help keep factory ride. The problem is the front is higher. I see alot of guys having the nose lower and rear higher. Any thoughts,, its at shop waiting for alignment, not sure if that will solve any thing alittle. Thanks in advance for the help.. againg the front is higher..

Just had my Zone lift and Fox coilover's installed Friday. Shop owner asked if I wanted frame level or look level as these Rams have that huge hood. I chose look level. Meaning nose is slightly lower.

That looks sweet man..

You as well man. BTW-my shop had a magnetic level to put on the frame. You may be able to find one and see just how much you want to adjust

Grab a tape measure and measure the rear coil spring spacer. I think it should be 4.5", the 4" lift is a 2.5" rear coil spring spacer. These measurements are from the RCX faq section. What was your front and rear hub to fender measurements before the install? My truck dropped about a 1/2" up front after I had it aligned.

Hey wish, yeah my bad on my end and never measured before and afters. But the rear spacer is deffinitely bigger then 2.5, so im assuming its the 4.5.. will measure the spacer tomorrow because its at the shop til they open in the am for the alignment. Just a little confused because the guy from RC said its a kit designed that the truck will be level. Kinda looks like im loaded down a bit in the rear. Thanks for the help..

My garage asked the same thing, level or to look level

SO I ended up with a little bit of a rake, here is a pic just after I had the lift done. not sure what they did, but mine just has spacers up front , was thinking about upgrading to the struts though ???

Icon makes some 1 1/2 dual rate springs that give you lift and will makae it haul with less rear drag

Thats why I went Zone. Nothing again Rough Country but I really dont like rear spacers. I went with 5" rear coils with the zone lift so I could set my bils to 2.1 and its dead level. I know that's not a lot of help but i don't know much about the RC kit.
