Ok so I did it... I ordered my Bilsteins, a spring compressor, and some sweet looking Mopar fender protectors so when I'm working in the bay I don't scratch anything.

i like it leveled I cant wait to get mine done. when I can find someone to help me LOL

i wish there was a programmer for the 11's I'd put 35's on my mod list LOL

i thought dodges had a speed sensor in the rear for the speedometer therefore making up for different tire sizes, gears, etc.

I don't know. I'd like to keep the speedo correct on this on. The tires on my car made me 4 mph off.

Sent from my AT&T iPhone 4.

i have far bigger than stock tires on mine and my speedo is correct. When i had my Dakota i added 4.56's and a different tire size and it was still 100% correct. i cant imagine a newer truck having less technology than an 01.

I think the sensor is on the axle, which means a tire size change makes the spedo off but a gear change doesn't. Why? The speed reading is taken at axle speed, so the gear change is before the sensor so the sensor reads it. But, the tires are post sensor so a bigger tire has more distance per rotation, there for when the shaft is spinning at stock tire 55 MPH the tire would actually be moving the vehicle at 55+ MPH.

yep, if you change your tire OD your speedo is off. i don't know of any vehicle that auto corrects for this. i believe most vehicles use a magnetic sensor for the speedometer reading.
