I ordered a 2" leveling spacer kit for my 2016 ram would I need to order new upper control arms or what is needed??

You dont have to, But you can have problems with the stock ball joints.
not sure what the odds are on having problems is I think its low though.

Alright because that's all I've been hearing bout is the ball joint issue

With spacers you have a much higher chance of the ball joints popping.

It can still happen. The mevotech's aren't too expensive but by the time you buy them too you are close to the cost of bilsteins

Mine lasted 18k with just highway driving and then gave out. Switching to bilstiens I have the Zone UCAs now but the mevotechs are a cheap and easy upgrade as well

Agreed. I know you said you already purchased your 2" spacers, but if you're considering replacing the UCA's, you might as well just get the Bilstein's and return your spacers.

Assuming he's a 4wd. If you're a 2wd OP, I'd return the spacers and go with Maxtracs 2.5" lift coil with shocks. Ride quality is better and the angles on your balljoints aren't near as bad. It's more expensive, but definitely worth it.
