Has anybody put 2.5" bds blocks or similar leveling kit on an outdoorsman with any issues? Word on the street is our front struts are .7" taller on the outdoorsman/trx. My worry is adding 2.5" on top of the .7" taller strut might give some bad cv angles and what not. I will one day put a set of bilstien 5100's on but i just cant see putting them on right now, my stock shocks don't even have 10,000 miles yet. My main reason for specifically questioning guys that put blocks instead of shocks is because when you put the bilstiens on you are removing the .7" of lift and have the same hight as a regular 4x4. The blocks will ad to the .7".

your gonna need aftermarket upper control arms for sure so put that into budget and as far as cv angles many report bad vibrations on regular rams with bilsteins set at 2.7 or 2.8 whatever it is, I haven't heard much about outdoorsmans/tr4's but I assume you would have this issue as well if not worse

I know 2" blocks would be close to level and pretty safe, but man i sure would like to be dead level with 2.5"

The outdoorsman front struts already raise the front 0.75" vs the other rams. Use the 2" leveling kit.

My outdoorsman is just about level with the 2" kit. Maybe 3/4" higher in the back but you can't tell.
I do get some vibration while accelerating from a stop while in 4wd. It goes away around 35 to 40 mph.
