Hi guys i am going back and forth on getting a 4 inch with 33's or a 6 inch with 35's on my 2014 ram 1500. this truck is my daily driver so i don't want to lose too much comfort and i would also still like to take it on the highway. pretty much want it to look good and still drive good. i would love to get the 6 inch with 35s but my dad is thinking that it will hurt the drivability of the truck and will make it tough to drive, and also be a lot of stress on ball joints, and steering. if anyone has any input id really like to hear it to get some feedback, or if you have the 6 inch with 35's tell me how it drives and all.
thanks
Do you think a 20x12 with a -44 offset with 35s rub if I had the bilstein 5100 adjusters set at 2.5?

20x12 -44 with a leveled 6 inch lift can still rub. Yes rub very bad.
Could do 33's with little rub on Bils @2.8
Yeah 4wd just don't want to be too much in the air, I just want a clean look w/o over kill. The 2 inch adjustables are much cheaper compared to the bds that's 2200 bucks

Finally got my 4" BDS installed. I now know what BDS stands for.... BADASS!! Turned out much better than I thought it would. And my 35's look killer! Rides awesome!
I'm at 80" and the bed is at 59". That's with a Zone 4" with 35s and 3" coils in the back with the Bilsteins set at 1.4.
What are the chances I could get you to measure from the concrete to the top of the truck ( the truck, not the antenna ), Id be forever grateful
EDIT : Hell, if you could do contrete to top of the bed, that would be cool too!
Okay, thanks. I was thinking I was a bit low, but I guess not. I'm at 84 to the roof, and 62.5 in the back. I guess I'm just imaging things
I can go measure tomorrow, but I can tell you that I barely squeak under my 84" garage door opening, but I can get it into the garage, and that is with the shark fin antenna.
What R you running for a lift.
Procomp coilover 6" stage 1
Thanks, 84 inches is 7 feet even, with the shark fin, you should be at about 86 inches, which shouldn't fit into any normal home garage. you sure you're 7 foot tall with a 4 inch lift? That seems mighty high.
EDIT : Okay, you said barely squeak by, which could easily put you into the 80" range. curious to know either way!
