Hey guys I have a 2012 ram sport crew cab lifted 6" on a BDS lift, with 37" toyo open country on 20" fuel rims. Now I took it wheeling. An was pushing it hard, hard enough to knock it out of alignment aswell as broke a CV joint. Got it fixed. But now when I'm driving down the road. At any speed really, when I hit certain bumps it sways side to side. I wasn't sure if anyone else who rode in my truck could feel it, an now I've had a couple friends say day they do. Now I've been reading into worn or bad sway bar links, but it seems like when they go bad you usually hear it and i dont. I don't hear any strange noises. It just seems to sway a bit and maybe wander a little bit. Anyone know what it could be and how I can find out? Thanks

Do you think the swaying is coming more from the front or the back? I'm guessing the front? You may need to inspect the steering rack, which I'm having a problem with right now. Best way to tell if the sway bar links are bad is to just crawl up under and look at them. Other than the alignment being off I don't know what else could cause that up front, unless a strut is loose or something. If is seem like it is coming from the back, check the track bar. I know somebody else will be of better help than me.

I checked the sway bar end links and it all seems okay. There doesn't seem to be any movement when I try to move it with my hand. It seems to be coming from the front end. But my buddy who drove it today said it kind of felt like both. Could it be control arm bushings? An how would I check that?

Lol not an off road machine? So a 4x4 truck is designed for the road 100% of the time? I didn't lift my truck to be a pavement princess. I did it to get places you can't in a stock truck. If your gonna wheel it, **** breaks. I know that and accept it. I'm just trying to figure out what and was looking for ideas on what it could be. Not what to do with the **** I spent my own money on, thanks tho bruh

Just thought I'd give an update. It's been ******* rain here up on the west coast of Canada so I haven't had much time to look at anything. But a break in the weather today let me look at the rear end of the truck. Pretty sure I fixed it. Turns out it looks like I sheared or lost a bolt that holds my panhard bar on an tight. Put a new one in and it seems good after a short test drive. Thanks for the help or tryin to help guys!
