Finally took better pictures! Readylift 4" sst lift kit with front and rear bilstein 5100 shocks. 4 inches up front and 2 in the back on 35s

My nose was higher originally because he lifted my shocks in addition to the kit but it drove like **** and I hated that it didn't have a rake.

Now it rides amazing!88e1c7f0881fd81769a219b7aae1cff3.jpgb1988f29634707353911b015acdfaf2d.jpg4ec2c25416a85ec69489bd5d063d9440.jpg38d40a0ae361623a2cb0ba432f1365a2.jpg6e0b39be336fedfd76c6301136cf3a93.jpg

Last few pics I’ll take....getting traded in either tomorrow or Tuesday. Was the 1st truck I bought after business became successful and was able to get a nice truck (aka more than the single cab 2wd work trucks I was used to).

Next truck won’t be welcome here (but I’ll probably always check in to see the nice looking 4th gens). Unfortunately I just never could get into the 5th gens.......so im going with a new f250 lariat with sport/night package.

Your truck that helped me decide to go with a 6" lift, 35" tires, and keep the OE wheels. Congrats on your new 250. I'm sure you'll love the added power and torque.

Bittersweet day today was the last with my beloved 4th Gen 1500. I feel like the time flew and I’ll always appreciate the timeless sharp curves of these trucks.
I’m definitely going to stay around watching what you guys do to yours going forward and live vicariously.

Heres the replacement that I hope lives up to the predecessor. Maybe by the time I need a truck again we’ll have an actually updated cab on the HD Ram and it’d be a great truck to consider.

I'm not a Ford fan but that's a nice truck. Congrats. I hope you enjoy it.

6.2

Wanted something tried and true and have seen nothing but good stuff about the 6.2 being bulletproof with proper maintenance. Will tow 10k lbs with ease.

Was going to try the 7.3 but I don’t generally like to try new engines out. It’s definitely the more flashy engine but with no real fatal flaws to the ole 6.2 I had to go with it. And the much higher payload (vs diesel) is a huge plus.

This truck will see some good idling and a lot of miles not towing super heavy...so that ruled out paying $10k for something where DEF/exhaust filter would mess things up. We have a bare bones f350 with 6.7 for heavy stuff.

So far I’m liking the truck and I’m trying to help myself from going with something from Carli quite yet. Probably wait at least until the oem Michelin’s are roasted before going with a 2.5” or 4.5” kit with 37s.

My 14. 2½" level with -12 offset Mayhem wheels and 35x12.5 18 BFG K02 rubber. N Fab side steps. Total rebuild of front end once I discovered the passenger intermediate shaft was toast. (thank you Rick Rood Transmission) Added high articulation Extend Travel CV axles, just in case I decide to lift it. K&N cold air kit. Screenshot_20210328-050803_Gallery.jpg

Ehh.. Bit more than I want.. I have the flare and don't want the rubber to run more than .5" past them..

Back to the drawing board.. Looks like the truck will be off looking with a 4" lift and stock 33s till I find my combo lol

Im thinking the same thing. 4” lift w/ 33x12s? With that 4” lift, is that the biggest tire u can go without rubbing?
