I have a 2011 dodge ram 1500 with 2" suspension lift. I just bought cooper discoverer stt pro tires 35x12.50x20 with stock rims. I need spacers can I use 2" wheel spacers or should I go smaller spacers so they don't rub?

2" spacers will be too wide for your suspension setup and would require a LOT of trimming to not rub. Because you only have a 2" lift you'll want to stick with 10mm hub centric spacers. That will give you enough clearance for the tires but not make it too wide where you start to rub in other places.
