Hey guys,

On My Power Wagon My 35" are not clearing when I turn. What would you guys suggest?

Power Wagon 2017 with mags are 20 x 10 -24 with Mickey Thomson Baja ATZ 35 x 12,5 x 20

Can a levelling kit do a good job or the only way is suspension lift?

You need at least a level, 2 inch and you'll still rub but not as bad. My buddy's 35s only rub on the rear of the plastic on drivers side only and he has 2.5 tgc spacer level

I had moved his thread from the power wagon section and now added info to his post that he has a power wagon so there is no confusion.

The power wagon is already lifted, so the rub is very little but enough to be annoying, so a levelling kit 2.5" in front and 1" in the back would do it, I think?

throw a thin wheel spacer behind the wheel.

i'm sure the rubbing is because he has -24 mm offset. a wheel spacer would make his rubbing worse.

I know where it rubs, it's only when I make turn and only at the extreme turn.
I'm looking for suggestion on how to fix, already cut some of the plastic to lessen the noise, but there is still some rubbing going on!

I missed the part about power wagon. I'm not sure about those but congrats on having a sweet truck, wish I could afford one

On my old Sierra I had some rubbing on the plastic. Took a heat gun and got it nice and pliable, then used a 2x4 to push it back until it cooled. Did this process a handful of times until I reshaped the plastic liner enough to eliminate the rubbing, worked like a charm

Rubbing

I had the same prob front drivers side sharp left turns only, M/T 35" Baja MTZ. I cut some of the plastic to reveal a double layer of sheet metal at the bottom close to the drivers door, I used a dead blow hammer to flatten it back then heated the plastic that stuck out like a small pocket. I used a heat gun then pressed it inward and cooled it with an ice cooled rag. No more rubbing for me now

i just trimmed mine today.cut back the plastic, ground down the body panel at the very bottom of the inner fender then drilled a hole and zip tied the inner fender back. 2500 with a level and 35's with a high neg. offset.make sure you put a little paint on any metal panel you beat on or grind down.
