Thanks I appreciate that
Man that looks perfect. Even the front driveshaft angles arent too steep. Bet its a blast to drive. The numbers are 10 inches of front lift, that is crazy.
Thanks, during the install the shop called and asked what setting I wanted the bilsteins, I had them preset to 2.1 but when he called I told him go ahead and set them at the max 2.60. I think I'm the only one here with the 6112's added to a lift kit so wasn't sure if the bilstein coils would be accurate on height. I was also concerned about the CV angles but they don't look bad at all.
Looks tight!
I knew you were getting close to pulling the trigger because you've been asking a lot of questions the last couple months. Your homework paid off because that thing is sharp indeed.
What is the final lift height to the top of the antenna?
Thanks
I appreciate your help, the rear shocks worked out great and they ride smooth with the 5" coils, no issues with the superlift bushings either.
The top of the sharkfin is 85-3/8"
What is your lift size overall roughly JB1? Front and rear? I’m thinking about either a 1.5 body to add to my 6” RC or crank Fox coil overs up a couple in the front and put 1.5” spacers in the rear?? Honestly the body lifts look nice as hell from pics i’ve Seen on here and i’m Not messing with my smooth ride. I don’t hit or rub with my 37’s just like ho yours has a hair more room??
For the lift height its kinda hard to say, the BDS 6" kit uses an approx. 5/8" preload spacer that you don't use with bilsteins so that subtracts from the 6"
overall with tire height I gained 9.5" of front lift.
before front was 36.75 now its 46.25.
Body lifts are great you should go for it, I have never had a 1.5" BL only a 3" BL but never had any issues with it at all.
