Hit it with the penetrating oil and then grab one can-a-man (jk jk) and then whack it HARD right at the knuckle where the ball joint slips in. Don't be shy with the hammer I promise it'll come out

get it? I had to hit the ball joint screw itself with a hammer to get mine to break loose swing from the bottom up and wallah. just make sure you swing with authority and it will come off within 5 or 6 swings tops if you use enough penetrating oil.
