I'll have to chime in on this. If you go with the 6/5 Zone, recommend the Bil's to be set at 2.8 for a true "level" look. I have the Zone 6/5 kit + Zone 1.5" body lift and Bil's set at 2.1. I did that to allow some rake for when the bed is loaded. All abut preference and what you're looking for. :)

Wow this thread got kinda busy. Glad it maybe helping fellow members in your decisions.

My next move is choosing between......

On the fence with ordering lift from zone and trying to install on my own (have access to a lift). Or go though one of the local Zone dealers/installers pay for install.

Well I got the Zone 6/3 on its way and yeah most likely gonna do install myself with couple extra hands.
Can't wait to get this lift on.

Question though...... do I still leave out the preload spacer even if setting Bils @ 0?

Then what's the point of getting the Bil's put on? Not trying to be a jerk, but that really defeats the purpose of having the Bil's put on. Do yourself and your truck a favor and ditch the spacers and set your Bil's to your desired setting. If you've got the 3" rear coils, I'd go with the 1.4 setting.

I already have Bils on the truck @ 2.1. I am not using the preload spacer just gonna probably drop Bils down to 0.7 to keep some rake Since it's the 6/3 lift.

Here's mine zone 4" with 3" rear coil. Bils set at 1.4 up front. Moto metal 970 20x10 wrapped in atturo trail blade xt 35x12.5x20. My truck sits level.
