Hello,

I'm installing my zone 1.5" body lift. Does the zone 1.5" block go above stock bushing? Please see picture below.

It's not very clear in the instructions. I took a look at the 3" body lift instructions and it has the zone block above the stock bushing. But, I just want to double check before I tighten everything up.

thanks :)

If you bought a 1.5 kit you take out the stock blocks. The 3" kit has more things to install.

As long as that block measures 1.5" then yes I would say that it right. If you took out the stock then it wouldn't give you the full lift.

He said he bought a 1.5 kit. I have the same 1.5 kit. I took the stock blocks out. If that is incorrect, then I did my lift incorrectly too.

Edit...well ****. I messed up. I'm sorry if you followed my advice. I just looked at the product description and then the 3" instructions too. There they specifically say to put the 3"block on the factory bushing. So.....I guess mine is wrong too

Time to relift? lol. What do the blocks themselves measure? That would clear all of this up

Every body lift I've ever installed reused the stock body mount bushings. The lift pucks for a 1.5 inch body lift should measure 1.5 inches.

I bought the zone body 1.5" lift too. I haven't installed it yet. Did you do it with a regular jack?

I used a 3 ton floor jack with a block of wood. Not the best set-up, but it worked.

Feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions about the install.

Any pictures of the trailer hitch and exhaust tip gaps? Is your truck and Express and if so how well did the front bumper bracket work? I know Ram changed the part number for 2017.

Thanks
