Rear Sway Bar

Hey guys I have a 15 express crew cab 4x4 with a zone 4 inch lift 3 inch coils in rear with shocks set @.7 up front. Can anyone tell me the difference between the hellwig 7883 sway bar and hellwig 7709. Trying to figure out which one I should get for the rear. Thanks

It looks like 7709 is for stock trucks. And 7883 is for trucks with a 2-4" lift

I pretty much have the same set up however im at 2.1. Just added 7883 and love it. My truck is my daily driver 98% but I hit trails in the summer. I am at the middle setting. I may try the stiffest next. I am afraid though of it ripping off offroad though.
