It seems like everyone on this forum just wants to go higher and higher on their lifts, I personally like the looks of the 4" lift better.
I have a stock '13 1500 2wd Express right now and plan on leveling it with Bilsteins and adding a Maxtrac 4.5" lift. I also plan on adding some 20x12 -44 Moto Metal 962's and wrapping them with either 33x12.5 or 35x12.5, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it fit. If anyone is running this set up let me know how you did it.

Here is my 2014 2wd Sport with the CST 4“ Spindles & 1.5“ rear spacers. It's sitting on 20x9 +1mm with 295/65r20. The spindles add 1.5“ of track width so I highly doubt - 44 offset will fit.

33's are the stock tire height. They will look waaay too small with a 4" lift. My opinion is that 35's and a 4" lift are perfect together. Not sure why you are looking at 12" wide wheels, unless you are going for that SoCal wheel wider than the tire look, and -44 will have those things stickin out about 4" past the fenders, so be prepared to repaint the sides of your truck in a couple years.

Mine is 4WD, but it shows you what you wanna see . . . Not all that different a stance than kris319 above, just the opposite color. All my wheel and tire specs are in my sig.

Mine is a 5" lift. It was a 2" front level, 1.5" rear level, and 3" body lift. Way cheaper than a suspention lift and does the same thing! If you don't do any major offroading than IMO body lift is the way to go. I'm very happy with it! As of now I just have stock tires, but I'll be putting on 35's before winter.

Thanks for the response, sick ass truck btw! I've seen the Cali truck style (lol@it), but I guess I just like the agressive look of the -44. I keep hearing people say you have to have AT LEAST 6" of lift to run -44 and even then you may have problems, but I keep seeing trucks with less that are running them:

Heres a '14 1500 Diesel with -44 on only a level:
20x12 Wheels will they fit?

Heres an 02 with only a level (Love the stance on this):

Seems like having your tires that far out from under the truck would be a maintenance nightmare. Clean, clean, and more time cleaning???

I doubt you'll fit 35's on 20x12s with a 4" lift. I'm running that on a 6 inch lift, and I rub just a tiny bit

I think I might go with 33's. I messaged the guy with the truck pictured below via instagram and he told me he's running 33's on a level with the torsion bars cranked all the way. He said he also had to trim about 2 inches off both sides of the front bumper. But he said he "knows" he could fit 35's on a 4" lift, but then again his is an '02 so maybe its different, I don't know.

Yeah, I'd stick with what people are running on 4th gens and their findings. Last thing you want to do is drop money on a look that works for a different generation and not have it work out

Yeah you're right, I just don't like the skyscraper loop with all the empty fender gap. I'm just trying to lift my truck as little as possible while fitting 20x12. I think I might go with the CST 2.5" level with a 4.5" MaxTrac lift for a total of 7".

7" with 35s will look good. View attachment 36404

This is mine with 6" lift and 35s

I just realized we have the same exact truck, that is if yours is also 2wd. You also have the same wheel setup im wanting with the 20x12 962's. I'll probably end up copying you with the look :roflsquared:
I just don't want to have to resort to a body lift to get the fitment, I CANT stand the look of body lifts.

Do you have any leveling done to it?

My truck is a 4WD and all I have is a 6" rough country lift.

I used to not be for body lifts, but I think a 3" body lift on a 6" suspension plus 37"+ sized tires looks mean. But that's just my opinion.

I'll probably get bilsteins to level the front with the back after I do some performance mods.

The the OP...there's a guy here running 12 wide 962's on a 4 inch lift with 33's. I'll try to find his picture. I doubt you'll be able to squeeze 35's though.

I think the guy below you just posted it, but like I said, the 20x12 is more important to me than 35's. SO if I go 33x12.50 on 20x12 will I have to do any trimming?

33's on a 4"

Thats exactly what I', looking for! Did you have to do any fender trimming or extra work?
Or did you just throw them on and didnt have to worry about anything?
