I wouldn't. I ran a 2 1/2" RCX level that came with shock extensions.b01f1aa935ac1fdbbca1a37251a081f5.jpg425805e427a09b5276b8d2c88aadf8cc.jpg On harder off road use the shocks would still max out. Ran the setup for about 6mo then upgraded to a Thuren kit d150db774bed17bded864b67c141fb85.jpg

I used a Tuff Country 32909 the shock relocation bracket on two 2500 trucks. Works great!

I did not install new shocks or shock extenders and have not had any problems.

You put a spacer in with stock shocks and no shock extensions? And have no problems? I guess if the truck suspension doesn't ever really travel you may not. If you are going to off road I highly suggest you either A run the spacer and the extensions or B get a full spring/ shock replacement like the Thuren Kit.

Yes no problems at all, but like you said I don't do any off roading. At most I take it on the beach

you run the risk of overextending the stock shock without the extenders. if the truck never leaves the payment its probably not an issue. shock extenders are cheap, at the very least i would run them.

Sorry fellas posted this before I did much looking at leveling kits.

Juvenator93 what is your wheel/tire combo? Those look really good!

17x9 +20 Fuel Boost wheels and 35x12.5R17 BFG KO2s. Ran the kit you ordered for 6mo and sold it to my coworker. He currently has had it installed for about a month. a12e0cf9fc8840010337ab20539de7b8.jpgb48d464f25b1354e68d0b05705a805fb.jpg

So the 35x12.50's will fit with just the 2.5" leveling kit on the front?

Easily - with the Carli lvling kit u can run 37"s on factory 20"s . Just make sure u get the correct wheel with proper Back spacing.

After you put your RCX kit on did you get an alignment? The instructions said to get one and mine seems just a little off now. Just wondering if you had the same thing.

This is what my springs look like after the install.
Drivers side, then passenger side.
I have NOT gotten an alignment yet, trying to get it in next week.
Is this normal? And will the alignment straighten the springs out?
Or did I do something wrong?
