Will be pulling the trigger on a 4in lift soon. I already have the bilstein 5100 and might be getting some new ucas. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 and just wondering what everyone has to say about these two brands. They seem very similar I would be going with the 3in coil spring in the rear for the zone. Thanks

From the research I did on the two, they are damned near identical. I almost went with superlift, but ended up with Zone because they are a little more reputable. Superlift has gone bankrupt a few times. Aside from that, yeah whichever you can get a better deal on. Both good!

I have a 6" Zone lift and I have two gripes:

1. After about 1,000 miles, the sway bar link snapped. (Could have been and installation issue)

2. When I called about the replacement link, Zone wasn't helpful at all.

Beside those two things, it's a good lift. When I was calling around to different shops, not one recommended Superlift. They either recommended BDS or Zone. Hope this helps.

I've got a 4" Superlift kit & am quite happy with it.

I don't think you'd go wrong with either.

From what I can tell you can get superlift with rear springs cheaper than zone where it's an up charge . Also and I could be wrong but I'm going off of pics. But it looks like superlift uses tie rod extensions rather than new tr ends . I can go to any parts source and get a new tie rod end. zone you would need to go to them. Again I could be wrong. Superlifts skid plate looks beefier (bigger as well. This is why I'm leaning towards SL.

I have the six inch superlift kit on my truck with the 5" springs. I bought it for 1100 about this time last year. I put it on myself. I reused my stock tie rods. No extensions or modifications regarding them. My kit seems to be trouble free. I was leaning zone too, but the kit was cheap enough. I had to open up a couple holes for the rear spring bump stop doo dads. I had to cut part of the frame for the kit to work, although I think they're all like that. Just based on the location of it. The rest of it was just nuts and bolts. Took about 16 hours. One day

Most lifted members on here will likely recommend zone....if that helps.

How'd you get it so cheap? The cheapest I've found it is 1300

Awhile back i found it on autoanything for that cheap, bought it and let everyone on here know about it. I'm not sure if he was one of the people who saw the thread.

Autoanything should have some good sales coming up..black friday, cyber monday..new years..christmas...they all tend to be 22-25 maybe even 30% off on most products. Superlift being one of them

And the shop who installed it said it's very well built, better than most. But Zone & BDS are just as good from what I've seen on here

Seeing that just made my mind up. Great looking truck right there. What do you have your bils set on?
