I get my truck back 6" taller than it was a week ago. I cannot wait to take it out and see what it can do. Had it dealer installed and they ran into problems Friday evening trying to finish it but ended up needing spacers to fit the stock rims. Then it sat all weekend, and just today finally got the custom spacers made and I got a call earlier that it will be aligned and ready for me to pick up tomorrow!

$2400 installed... but get this, it took 2 dealer guys 2 days just on labor. He said the next guy that wants this kit installed is going to be charged a lot more. Lucky me I was the first to lift a 1500. The other Rams he's done were HDs

What was the tease was when I went to pick it up last Friday and he said bigger spacers are needed and that I wasn't getting my truck then. I got to see it all sexy sitting there jacked up (literally on a jack) but couldn't drive it home. That was a freakin tease!

Now 5 days later... it's all mine! :D

I think the kit was $1800 something and install was around $600. Yeah it's a bit pricey but I'm went this route for ease of warranty. I've heard of guys paying more to have dealer installed lifts put on.

Dude he got a deal. This is not a solid axle truck. There is a bit more to it than longer arms and springs.

Yes, I did. This was the installers first time doing a 1500 and he admitted that I'm being undercharged quite a bit and the next guy is going to be paying for it. It took 2 full days labor for 2 guys that this is all they do.

We gotta get some rain first. We've been extremely dry for the past couple of months and we are way behind in rain fall. But yes, I completely agree. Theses tires haven't seen mud yet and I intend to change that. They will for sure be seeing sand in the upcoming weeks.
