I believe that you just have to measure the stock rear shock, and add how many inchs your rasing the rear for the new Bilstein overall length. Then go to Bilstein, and see what matches up on their site. If your gonna add 5100 adjustable to the front you just get the normal ones for the stock truck. They don't change upfront as far as length, cause that's all done with spacers, knuckles, and cross member. I'm sure someone will correct me if this is wrong..

My front adjustables were 24-187367

Prob because the longer rear Bilstein 5100 available is good up to 0-1” instead of 3” or 5”?. Do you know you could go to bilsten US catalog, select your year model and check what Bilstein has for your truck?

Bilstein 5100 46MM rear shocks P/N 33-185569

They don't make a direct fit shock that long with the correct end bushings so you'll need to contact superlift and buy superlift 77-80038 qty 2

Bilstein doesn't sell a 5100 for lifted trucks but I just cross referenced how long the rough country shock was and bought a bilstein that was close in dimensions. Fit perfectly and rides real nice. Btw I have a 2014 1500 with rough country 6 inch lift
