wheel spacer size

So a friend of mine has a set of Nitto Terra Grappler G2 LT275 /65 R20 and a set of Nitto Terra Grappler G2 LT285 /65 R20 that he is pulling off his two jeeps and putting mud tires on now and i was wanting to know what size wheel spacer would i need to get either one to work on my 2012 Ram 1500 ST 2wd truck

You won't need wheel spacers for either one but you will need a leveling kit for the 285/65/20's. The 275/65/20's should just clear at stock height.

I can tell you from experience that the 275/65/20 WILL fit at stock height and no spacer.

okay that sounds good to me and worse case i just hold on to the tires until i get the leveling kit or a lift kit then and thanks for the help

The 275/65/20 is only 1" larger in diameter than your stock tires. They'll fit no problem!

Both should fit with no spacers needed. The 285's are 34.57" tall, 11.5" wide so a level will probably be needed for these just for aesthetics alone. Both will LOOK the best with a level.
