Hi all, new to the forum and got a huge question right out of the gate.

I'm about to lift my new 2012 Ram Sport 4x4. Gonna be doing a Rough Country 6", Bilstein 5100s maxed out at 2.75", and a Rought Country 1.25" Body Lift.

Now that the background is out of the way, is any one running this lift setup with 20x12 wheels and 37x13.50s?!? If not, does anybody know if they setup will even work without rubbing or having to modify/cut stuff? Any input will be greatly appreciated because I'm looking to do this in the next few weeks!! BTW, the wheels are -44mm offset and 4.75" of back space.

Thanks guys!!

Welcome! As far as tire height...you're good to go. Width...I'd say you'll be close. I didn't think you could run 20x12 until a member here just did it recently, TXKID.

I'll look up his wheel specs. That's going to be a nice setup you'll have!

Will look sick! Love that wide look I would imagine you will or may run into some slight rubbing though

Ahh, that's true, I forgot he went with the 3" body. I'm really not sure that you'll clear 20x12 with just a 1.25" body, but TXKID would definitely be the one to ask. Maybe he can tell you how much clearance he has and you can judge from there.

That will be a sweet setup. One thing to note, if you are going with a rough country and maxed bilsteins, you might be sitting nose high. The rough country lifts tend to level the truck better than say my BDS did. So if you want it level, you might need to lower the bilsteins a notch or two.....or max then out and add a rear spacer of 1" to 1.5".

So I got the 20x12 octanes ordered today. Now I'm trying to decide on tires. I originally was going with the 37x13.50 toyo M/Ts but now I've got a few other tires in mind because I really don't like that "stretched" look. What do you guys think about these:

Mickey Thompson MTZ in 36x15.5R20 or Toyo Open Country A/T in 355/60R20 (37x14R20) Does anyone know if we can even run a 15.5" wide tire?
