I have a set of 18x9 fuels +0 offset and I was wondering how big of a spacer I would need to get the clearance and beefy look of a -12 offset.

you would need a 1/2" spacer to get the same backspacing

also here is a calculator http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp
on the chart it will show you what the offset makes the backspacing.

Do you need an offset if you get larger tires? Or do people like the way the tires look if they stick out? I like tall and narrow.

Are they gonna mess up the ride quality at all and are there any problems with them? Also can I put them on the rear tires?

depending on your lift or level yes. Its more for a wider tire not taller. Personally love a wide tire and nice stance on lifted trucks.

they should change anything with quality..just make sure you get hubcentric spacers, id go with bora. Yes you can put them on the rears, it would look kinda goofy if you couldnt haha
