I know they're different sizes....now that that's out of the way.

Just curious besides the bottom corners being different....if those were to be modified would a 13+ grill fit my 12' without any other modifications to it?

Is the back of the 13+ grill different from the 9-12's?

It is different because the insert on the 09-12 is one piece.

What you trying to do?

Idk yet lol

So I would need to get the 13+ insert as well I take it?

I'm sure it can be done.

I'm contemplating the idea of fabbing the new style limited grill to fit mine.

I'm sure I could make it work.

Love those rigid grills....hate those prices lol

I'm mentally visualizing a newer limited grill blacked out with some led cubes in the spots on the side.

I'm gonna make this work dammit lol

More lights!!!! lol

The bumper is also different on the 2 due to the shape of lower grille

:

That'd be badass too....biggest issue I foresee is the lack of new limited grills floating around....at least at a decent price.

I ran into the same dilemma with the grill as I did with my tails.....they're just isn't that many that stand out to me and the ones that do are expensive as hell.

Yeah that's true, it's hard enough getting older 4th Gen parts sometimes.

And I hear ya, which is why I usually end up doing the same mod about 17 times before I'm satisfied, lol. Your tails look good though.

I'm in the middle of acquiring parts to a front end swap on my '11 to '13+ front end with Sport hood, all I have to do now is buy the newer front bumper and related parts. There won't be any '11 Hunter Green Rams out there with the newer front end on them which should look pretty cool...........Next is to have my "silver" plastic pieces in the interior painted the truck color.

You should do a write up on the swap! Or least some pictures throughout the process.
