I’m going to be putting 35x12.50r20 tires on my 2015 and have purchased the 1/4” spacers to clear the suspension.

Will the factory studs have enough thread on them with the 1/4” spacers or will I need longer studs and lug nuts? I’m sure others have used the spacers with their stock wheels I just want to make sure I’m not doing anything wrong prior to install.

I’ve searched far and wide and can’t find the answer to this.

I‘m running 9mm (0.354 Inch) hub- & wheel centric spacers with 20 Inch oem alloys in the back without any issues.
Upfront I mounted 6mm (0.23 Inch) hubcentric spacers.

Sweet.. where’d you find 9mm? All I found were the rough country .25” spacers.

At least we know that if the 9mm’s run fine on stock studs mine will be good for sure.

I bought 4, Bora Hubcentric 10mm spacers for $200.00 . Then I found out I don't need them for 35-12.50`20 KO2s on chrome clad OE wheels .

You should have bought the BORA hubcentric spacers, those cheap universal spacers will probably give you vibrations

I special ordered my spacers with Motorsport Tech.
Took them about 3 weeks to fabricate them and have them shipped out to me.
They are not cheap (which is kind of the point) and they fit like a glove.
As they are built to order you can choose any size you want.

You will be fine. I ran 1/4” spacers on my stock 20s without an issue.

For factory sport wheels and 305/50r20s, are spacers required?

The rough country’s I bought are specifically made for our Rams so I am assuming they are hubcentric. Also they aren’t “adapters” like the BORA’s are they are just 1/4” plates which I assume would be safer than to add an extension to the factory lugs.

I think the spacers are only required for 35” tires from what I read. I think you will be fine with the 305’s I believe those are around 33” and I haven’t heard any rubbing issues with 33’s.

Did yours bolt to the lugs or was it just a plate that goes between the wheel and the lugs?

The 1/4” spacers I ordered are literally just thin plates which I preferred over bolting an extension to my factory lugs.

The 6mm hub-centric spacers I’m running in the front are “just” plates, but with a perfect fitment on the hub. No play at all. The wheel is centered by the lug nuts only, which had me concerned a bit initially, but I experienced no vibration whatsoever with the spacers.
The 9mm spacers I’m running on the rear axle are also just plates, but hub- & wheel-centric like the (internet) picture below.
(BTW - 9mm is the smallest size available in hub- & wheel-centric.)

I needed different sizes front & rear because after installing my leveling kit and adjusting the front axle, the tires came out a few Millimeters due to a different LCA setting.

You'll be fine. I'm running 1/4" on my stock 2015 Sport right now. Factory sport wheels. You must use Motorsport Tech. They are fantastic and the quality is top notch. It's worth spending the extra money.

They look universal in the pic but they have great reviews
