Brakes, questions on performance

Hi all I was wondering about what people do for performance upgrades of brakes. Does anyone have a preference on drill/slotted rotors brands.
Or are they a waste on our truck and just a set of up dated pads will work. Has anyone herd of ebc brakes.

Check out 1aauto.com. I bought my front brake rotors and ceramic pads from them. Great price zinc plated, slotted and cross drilled rotors. They work great. Just a satisfied customer.

I do not ever tow/haul anything, my truck is more of a sport truck and sinch my factory brakes are worn out, I'm looking for something that has a sporty feel to it. Can I just get by with performance pads or do I need the rotors as well?

Depends how worn out your rotors are... are they the original rotors???

In that case replace them, I'm sure they are worn enough that they can't be resurfaced. Check out the drilled/slotted setup 1aauto sells, those would be a nice upgrade to your truck.

They are ceramic pads so should have much brake dust, and the reviews I seen on them have all been good.

in my case specifically they sell a front brake kit made by Nakamoto that I have nerver herd of? should I trust it? 120 bucks for ceramic pads and sloted rotors seems too good to pass up.

Run them on my 2009 Ram that I sold and know the guy that bought it. Also put them on front and back of a 2005 Durango that I'm refurbing from front to back.

since the pads last pretty long on our trucks, i change the rotors with the pads. i have had success with power stop pads and rotors.
