Sounds like a U joint. Climb under the truck and see if you can detect any rotational play in the front or rear driveshafts.

Definitely sounds like a bearing from the video. Have you checked the front axle shafts?

No I haven't but will do so tomorrow. I also want to give a run down of a few other issues I'm having in case they could all be related or help with diagnosing. I have a bit of shakiness in the steering wheel and vibration throughout the truck at 55+ mph or so. I was thinking this could just be a tire issue because I'm running 35 inch mud tires and both front tires are worn flat on the insides of the tires. (Didn't rotate frequently). Also I find that when I hit bumps or small pot holes in the road my truck wants to jerk and pull to one side. Pretty bad at times and kinda scary.

Are you running stock wheels still? My 16 has the same squeak and it's the center cap on my left front wheel...drives me insane, but I haven't had the time or motivation to pull it off and fix it...

Easiest way to check is to hit the center cap on each wheel and see if it squeaks when you make contact.

So yesterday evening I loaded up the top of my struts with wd40 and this morning while driving to work I could not hear the chirp/squeak. Don't know if it is just coincidence or not because I thought if this was a strut issue I would have been able to duplicate it by rocking the truck up and down in the driveway but never could get it to make the noise unless I was driving down the road. So I'm thinking I'm gonna change my struts out but not totally confident that's gonna fix my issue

Has anyone ever had this issue caused by a bad strut?
