Would a 20x9 wheel with 0 offset and 5 inch backspace with 35x12.5 nitto terra grappler g2s be flush with or maybe even extend a little beyond the factory Ram 1500 fender flares without using spacers? This would be on a 2017 1500 Laramie with 4" lift.

Those wheels/tires will stick out just under 1.5" from fenders. Add whatever coverage the flares are. I'd say about flush or slightly tucked?

They will not stick out past factory flares(I would also say maybe a little tucked) Here is my truck with 20x10 -12mm offset wheels with 5" backspacing and 295 tires.

Front will stick out a little more than quietpeen's pics. Front lift knuckles push the front wheels out more. I believe a half inch. Not positive exactly how much though

He has a 4x4 so he won't have that. Edit: Sorry I was thinking you were talking about a 2 wheel drive level kit. But it still wouldn't stick out more than mine since my wheels stick out 1" further than the wheels he is looking at

I didn't read good. I thought pics of your truck were 0 offset pics. My bad.
