I am looking at getting Fuel Beast rims soon. I can't decide on 20x9 with a +1 offset or a 20x10 -18 offset. The tires will be 275/65r20 or 295/60r20 Ridge Grapplers. What's the difference in offset between the two sizes? I'm pretty sure the 20x9 will push the wheels out about 1/2" correct? I'm not really sure how far out the 20x10 will be with -18 offset. I'm probably over thinking it haha. I really only want the tires slightly outside the fenders and maybe get factory flares later on. I read most people like 20x10 but not really sure why.

between the two the 20x10 would stick out considerably further than the 20x9

the 20x9 would stick out .75" more than a stock 20x9, and the 20x10 would stick out 2" more than a stock 20x9

these measurements are just to the lip of the wheel.

Thanks. That's what I was trying to figure out. Which one would look better without sticking out too far. The website with pics really helped.

My vote is 20x10 -18.

Go to www.customwheeloffset.com, click gallery and put your specs in. Then you can decide for yourself what looks best

Edit: just noticed someone already mentioned the website.
