I keep looking at 35's but hate that they are not actually 35's. So on stock 20x9's and the bilsteins maxed out do I have any chance of them fitting without major surgery? I do not mind cutting up some plastic or spacers but I really wonder what it will take.

I have no want for aftermarket wheels as the stockers look just fine, just want to fill up some wheel well.

I have bils maxed out with 305/55/20 -18 offset and slightly rub. 35s fit with stock wheels but might have to run spacers so tires don't rub on uca

If I were you Sir , I'd have a set of bora hub/ wheel centric 10 mm spacers on hand .....but you should not need them with 325/60 tire on stock wheels .

Do report back , as this is how we learn here !

Would 10mm be enough? I know plenty of guys that run a 35x12.5 on the stock 20's need that same 10mm. These tires are a solid 13 inches wide. I know they will fit and be all bulgy on the stock wheels, which I like the look but 10mm might not be enough?

Hmm , good point .

I'd go here :

http://www.ramforum.com/showthread.php?p=1087055

Read the section on tire selection and offset , it's a fantastic guide by Brandonjanson imo .

Hope this helps !

Looks like a 1" spacer to be safe , with that said you may consider a 1.75" spacer to keep from trimming the oem lugs .
Or go with a -12mm offset wheel of your choice ? A - 12mm would put you 31mm further out than you are now about an inch & a quarter .

You could also look into 295/65/20's

They spec out to about 35.4" and right at 12" wide on a factory 20x9

I have 295/60-20's on OEM Chrome Clads with my Bilsteins set @ 2.8". That's about as big as you can get with any rubbing.

Remember not all tires measure out to what that tire size says it should be- best to look at the manufacture you want and check their size chart- a lot of 35"s don't measure out to 35 and the same can be said for the width as well.

No way he's running that on a 1500 stock.

Almost none of the 35x12.5s ive seen actually measure out to a 35 inch. The tires Im looking at the G2's as thats what i have now are 35.5 inches tall.
