Adding power wagon winch set up to a regular 2500

Hey guys, dont know if anyone has done this or know of it, but i dont want to go the after market route, due to cost, but want to add the power wagon winch set up to my 2500. do i need a specific winch plate? where does it mount? any knowledge or recommendations would be appreciated.

You'll need the cradle that mounts behind the bumper as well as the Warn 12k winch which is $$$$$. There are a few threads on it if you google should find some. Also go to power wagon forums and look for parts for sale, lots of guys take theirs off before selling or trading in.
