Ordered some small 3/4" surface mount Led lights, and have started my next mod.
I'll be adding amber lights to the front, and some red ones under the tailgate.
Got started on the grill last night.

Using a bench top power supply in the pic, will be wiring and reinstalling the grill tonight.
Thinking about putting a bulb in each mirror, just not sure if I'm ready to take a drill to perfectly fine mirrors?

After fighting with two of the clips at the bottom of the grill for a while, I got everything buttoned up last night.
The lights are just zip-tied in place at the moment(might play with the spacing a bit before I lock them down),but I think it looks good.

Sense we're talking about lights, and I don't think I posted this anywhere else; I got a bull bar and LED light bar for Christmas, from my wife.
The hardest part of the install was deciding where to mount the switch in the cab.

I like lights behind the grill and the small tasteful light bar on the bull bar. I'm in Nor Cal and everyone has the big stupid light bars on the roof and they look horrible.

Thanks.
The small light bar fits my needs quite well. The center section is a spot pattern, and each end is a flood pattern. The spot shines well beyond my high beams, and the flood shines out at almost 90degrees to the side, and reaches about 30 to 40 yards past the edge of the road.
Can't use it when there is incoming traffic, but on lonely back roads, it's perfect for avoiding whitetail.

I'm not much of a fan of those huge light bars either. I always wander what do you do when one or a couple LEDs go out?
I can't run anything on top of my cab anyway. With the lift and tires, the truck just clears my garage door with only 1.5" to spare. I'm hoping I have enough room to add cab/clearance lights, but it's going to be close.

I know where you are coming from. I feel like 5 years ago the windshield light bar look was very cool and widely accepted. I don't live to far from you. I am in Southern CA and tons of light bars down here as well.

The issue isn't the light bar in it's self. If it's a Rigid, VisionX or Baja Designs. The issue is the 50" amazon light that cost $96.95 being mounted on trucks. Which is 9.5/10 the case with light bars being bought. The Rigid look a likes from 100 feet away. They look like trash after a month or so. When they get turned on, they don't throw light down range worth a damn, which I have seen numerous times. I think people are tired of seeing the crap. But yet, they buy the crap too. Odd.

That's the issue. The cheap **** on the market because Rigid wants your entire retirement fund plus your right kidney for a 54" RDS light.

That is why, in my opinion, the look "looks horrible" as you put it. I agree 100%.

I added some white led Recon air dam lights to my 2013 hemi and they are wired into the running lights. I also added a red led tailgate brake light with white reverse lights. Gives a nice effect and better visability on road.

Was Literally just doing a search for lights like you just installed. Any other pics to share? I'm thinking of going amber.

Yes Recon makes the same kit in Amber as well...nice kit each light is LED and pigtail into each other. Excellent quality as well...I couldn't decide as well between amber or white so I ended up with white...both colors look awesome.
Here is link below...also google the part number as I got mine price matched from I believe summit or autoanything for a really great deal!

Started on the back this weekend.
I had the spacing all planned out to add lights all the way across the rear.
However, part of the bed structure is in the way and my original spacing won't work. I went ahead and just added the 3 in the center for now, and will tackle the outer ones at a later date. The plan is to get 3 more lights on each side (for a grand total of 9 across the back), that will be wired as stop/turn lights.
