Looking into getting some aggressive tires, either 33s or 35s. Mostly do highway driving so I'm debating on which ones to pick up. Anyone have any input on which tire is the best for highway driving. (Comfort, quietness, mpg?) Thanks in advance.

You can check out bfg at2, Cooper at3, and falken tires. All that have these report quite on the hwy. No matter which aggressive tires you choose, you are going to loose a mpg or 2.

I would look at BFG AT KO2, Toyo AT2, Cooper AT3 all seem to be well liked. I have the KO2 and I like them a lot very good wear and grip. You might also want to consider Tread Wright they have some awesome tires for less and I have not heard a negative review on here.

I only buy Mickey Thompson's. They cost a little more, but if you rotate them, they last at least 50K miles and are quiet on the highway.

Any all terrain aka all season will work for what you describe. Personally I run commercial max traction tires but I use 70% off road and 30% highway.

I have heard that the mall parking lot poses a great challenge these days requiring lift kits and oversized tires.

I do a LOT of highway driving myself. 64 mile round trip to work. I just got the Falken AT3Ws installed and am very impressed. They are absolutely silent, look awesome, and ride great. Not to mention they’re much cheaper than a lot of the big name brands. The only negative is they are heavy! I got 305/55/20 and they’re 71 lbs each. Still able to get 19 mpg if I keep my foot light.

A tire I've had in the past that I loved was the Cooper Zeon LTZ. It looked really aggressive but had great road manners and was reasonably quiet given it's chunky look.

Right now I've got the Cooper STT Pro's in 35x12.5x20 and I love them. I wanted a really meaty looking mud tire that had decent road manners & this tire is it. Quiet for a mud terrain and lighter than most of the competition and priced aggressively against its competition.

Hey. Nobody likes to slow down for speed bumps.

No. That's low underground parkades. Mud just makes the truck look cooler. Back on topic. I'm a fan of the Toyo open country at. I've run several sets of them and they're a good all rounder. I'm running nitto ridge grapplers right now and they have an aggressive look and are pretty smooth and quiet.

Just got myself the Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws in 275/65/20. Pretty happy so far. Theres a little road noise but nothing bad. Just got some snow here in WI this week and they seemed to do really well in it. My only complaint is that they are definitely heavy tires. I can tell the truck doesn't like to stay in Eco mode as much. Likes to kick in and out a lot. I only have a 5 mile drive to work though and most of it is in town so it doesn't see a whole lot of highway anyway other than going out to my hunting land. I average about 19-20 then.
