I just bought a used 1500 with a 6'4" bed. It came with some cosmetic damage to the plastic covers on the bed rails, so I want to replace them, but I'm a little confused on which parts to order.
Here is a link to allmoparparts.com showing the various parts for the bed, but they only list a part number for the LEFT side on the 6' bed. For the 8' bed, they list separate part numbers for the left and right side, and for the 5'7" bed they list only a RIGHT side cover and then a smaller part with both a left and a right.
Then I found another site that listed part number 55372203AE for the left, and 55372202AE for the right (both for the 6'4" bed), but according to the allmopartparts.com link above, 55372202AE is for the right side of the 5'7" bed, and 55372203AE is for the left side of the 6'4" bed.
Confused...
Can anybody confirm for me what part numbers I need to order? I can get them through the dealer if I have to, but their parts guy is an idiot - so at least if I can go there with the right part numbers in hand I might have a shot at getting the right parts.
