They all warp like that eventually due to heat cycling. Tried warming it up and then taping it down and letting it cool again in the correct position?
Just saying, I've yet to see a truck over 2 years old that didn't have this on one side or both.

Is it solid under ? if so a peice of 3m tape mabe.

When i bought my 1500 there where two same year 2500 and both had warped rail caps.
My 2011 has them nice and flat even in the cooking Costa Rica sun.
Probably a problem of the plastic quality.
