Best Online HID Company?

Hey Guys,
I recently had an HID headlight go out after about a year or more of use. The company I used will no longer answer the phone or emails I've sent. My question to you guys is have you used an online HID Company who is easy to reach and deal with? I don't want to spend a ton of money on a whole new kit either, I'd rather just replace the bulbs If I can!

8K? No........no............no............

We offer 4300, 5 and 6K. Anything over 6, and you are really losing light output. I don't do lighting for the "blue" look, I do it for the output, nice clean light.

I looked for months before buying from him. Never saw one negative thing said. Not so much for the other companies I was looking at. Plus the best customer service.

I got my hid 3 year ago with spencer hid ( distinctive hid ) I got the premium kit at 149 $ with can bus. 5000 k . Bulb are optically really close to the halogen, so I don't get much glare as the other kit. They are also life time warranty. He is fast on warranty. I broke a tab on a bulb and next week I had them for free. this will be my 4th year with my h11 5000k kit this year

RetroShop. JJ had my stuffed shipped the day after order and received in Canada in under 2 weeks. Can't even get stuff across Canada in that kinda time with our postal service.

I've dealt with RetroSolutions, DDM and RetroShop (JJ).

There is absolutely no question in my mind that JJ(Retroshop) sells the best quality HIDs with the best customer service. I've done around 30 HID installs, so take that for what it's worth - I've seen my fair share of HIDs.

Just installed the drop ins I ordered from JJ. Please with them. Work flawlessly in the fog. Had heavy fog on the way to work this morning. Did not have to slow at all. Thanks JJ. Service is very good. Emailed him about something on sat afternoon and he replied within an hour. Stellar service. Will recommend.
