I've searched a ton of threads and really can't find what I'm looking for. Does anyone have a 40-50 inch light bar on a Bighorn? I have the tow hooks so I can't put one in the bumper.

They make a light bar and bracketsthat fit between the tow hooks, where are you wanting to stuff a 40”-50” light bar? Trim lvl “I.E bighorn” should have no bearing.

I've seen some trucks with the open bumper that people put a light bar in. Mine is solid except where the tow hook openings are.

I put my 30” curve in the lower grill and 20” behind upper grill. My truck is regular Tradesman not a Bighorn though.

You could mount the one behind the grill like I did on upper one? Other than that yours is REALLY gonna stick out and not blend in very well in my opinion...

Other option you would have to drill four little holes in bumper and mount your bracket right to the bumper. Light can be mounted in any position once the brackets are mounted. Have to spin the light out forward. Have to buy a curved bar. Just trying to help with options for ya...

You could also have the bumper cut to accommodate a resed light.

I kind of like the parking sensors. Behind the grill wouldn't be a bad option but I heard something about shutters and not sure if that would cause an issue replacing the grill.
