Running Nitto TG2 35x12.5x20 and Fuel Mavericks (20x10 -24). Installer "thinks" he used 95 ft/lbs on the 5 lugs. Anyone have more definitive answer on the appropriate torque setting?

I have the same wheels and torque mine to 130 ft/lbs. Discount Tire torqued the s*it out of one of my lugs, my impact didn't budget it and I had to use a breaker bar.
