blackout wheel width

I have chrome clads that are 20x8. I remember reading somewhere that said the non-clads are 20x9.

are the blackout wheels 20x8 or 20x9?

if its an express wheel, i believe it should be 20x8. if its a sport wheel, it should be 20x9. you could remove the wheel and take a look. the size should be stamped on the inside.

They are both. Depends on what spec truck they are on as DannyMK2 said.
