I have a set coming on Monday. I actually like the look of them and originally associated the c bar with GMC but now I feel like I see it everywhere.

Here is my set. I bought them from DT Moto on eBay. They look great plug and play easy to swap. These are the black housing/smoked lense.

I also ordered the carid clear lense style but still waiting on them.
I will be keeping the set I like best and returning the other since I'm not quite convinced with the smoked lense

I highly recommend them

These look awesome I may have to order a clear set to color match....
How is the brightness?
And are they plug and play with standard tails or just led tails?

They are pretty bright.
Yes plug and play for standard tail (non led)
For this model you have to use your existing reverse bulbs as they are not led.

Yes quality has been great so far.
And since I had the non led style these are far way better than those.
I also really like the the led c bar it stands out

Does anybody know if there is a way to make these compatible with trucks that have OEM LEDs?
Yes if you google ram led taillights and just keep checking different auctions, there are auctions that will say "compatible with oem tails only". It will usually be in the item description and not the auction title so you have to literally go into each auction until you find one for the oem tails. Same thing for projector/non-projector headlights.

Ok, that helps somewhat. I am looking for these tails in particular (or the non smoked ones), that would be able to be used on a truck that came with oem led tails, because these ones will not work. I would also entertain a way of wiring them up to make them work

I was behind a new GMC Sierra last night and thought of this thread. They have the C shaped lights almost identical. I think they look cool, but I don't think I'd go out of my way for them. But that's just me, I don't see anything wrong with them looks wise.
