So I'm messin around with my tire pressures for best patch contact....I have two different manual air gauges along with the tpms's.

The two manual gauges say one psi and the tpms say different....not by much, but different. Example, one is like a 4lb difference.

They all work, no error lights....just curious how accurate these things are.

Anybody else ever have theirs off a bit?

I have found that the tpms has never matched mt pressure gauge. It always seems to register lower

Same here. My tire pressure monitor is a little off on 3 of 4 wheels.

I wonder if its like the distance to empty and intentionally reads a little lower to get people to address a low tire before it is a real problem.

Possible....but mine are opposite.

My manual gauge reads 4lbs lower than what the tpms says.

My digital tire inflator is spot on with the TPMS values. My inflator is set up to do two tires at once, I have been able to get all four tires to register the same pressure. I now run the rears 2 psi less than the fronts though.

I'm thinking it might be cause of my tire size? But doubtful, air is air lol

The offset between front/rear probably has more to due with the extra weight over the front axle, especially with mine(extra 200 lbs over the Hemi).
Factory probably list tire pressures for what is needed when hauling/towing at capacity, hence why all four are the same pressure.

Maybe everything on the ram is designed to be close enough so no one has high expectations.

Two of mine read low. One of them is off by 1 psi, the other is off by 2. This is based on comparisons with my and my tire shop's gauges.
