Hey I asked this before but didn't really get anywhere. Just wondering if anyone knows if I can switch out my chrome bumpers on my outdoorsman for colour match ones. Or what would be the process for getting my chrome bumpers painted?

The problem I've ran into is everyone who has color matched bumpers doesn't want to get rid of them. I've been meaning to call a place in town who powder coats industrial equipment to see how much my bumpers would run. Paint chips off after awhile

From what I understand, you can. But, you need all the brackets and stuff too.

I'm actually one of those weird guys who wants to go the other way and swap out my color matched ones for chrome.

An ad on Craigslist could solve this! I'm sure someone local would swap you if you found the right color.

The color match plastic bumper is pretty but this is a TRUCK not a car. I would prefer a steel chrome bumper. (prefer them on cars too actually).
I'm wondering if I can get one aftermarket. I'm really NOT interested in those monstrous 300 lbs off road bumpers with bars, hooks, and strippers dancing on them. Just a stock chrome bumper.
