I just finished installing color matched door handles. What a job, I think it was worth it.

Looks great! I want to do this as well. Has anyone had their mirrors color matched? Seems like it might be more cost effective to have them painted rather then buy new.

Handles look great! Good job. It's harder on the single cab doors than it is the crew cabs. I did my Dad's crew cab ST as well.

I did Ethan! $120 for smoothed, painted, and shipped from RetroShop, this did not include shipping to him though. I drove around without my mirrors caps for two weeks with no harm done(sometimes in very heavy rain). I think Etroze86 had his done as well...

Do you have to paint the handles or are there part numbers for each color?

There are separate part numbers for each color and door configuration.

Nah I looked like it cause the chrome covers that came on there where nasty with corrosion but I just got those popped off and will be painting mine soon. Gotta talk a buddy thats cleaning up my tailgate to spray the mirror covers as well.

I thought all sports models had color matched everthing? I wanted to convert mine into a color matched truck. I have yet to see an inferno red dodge with color matched parts.

So he didn't do the whole mirror....just the caps?

Oh, thought it was you, I know it was another grey express.

Expresses have textured black handles and mirrors separating them from the Sports.

Yeah, I just sent him the caps. I think painting the entire mirror looks tacky.
