Cylinders mounted on my frame??

Anyone know what these are? I have 2 mounted on each side of the truck. Almost look like the dealios you use to level the truck. Doesn't look like they go to anything.

Purpose is to absorb drivetrain vibration especially when the MDS kicks in.
I didn't see the sense in carrying some dead weight around so I took mine off. Can't tell a difference.
No vibration with or without them.

They are to stop resonance in the frame creating a ripple/vibration. Although in almost all cases you wouldn't realize they were missing a perfect storm of road/mds/and load can make a neat nightmare of vibrations and harmonics.

I thought they were put on the trucks that drove on the roads in Louisiana, especially on I-10. Talk about vibrations---every damn expansion joint!!!!
