I filled up my gas tank yesterday and when the pump kicked off I was at $49.56. I thought I'd try to get it up to $50 even and started giving short pulls on the lever like I've done a hundred times before. Next thing I know there's gasoline pouring down the side of my truck. I did what I could to wipe it off but when I got to my destination my fender had discolored where the gas was on it.
These are el cheapo flares and I have no idea what kind of plastic they're made of. I figured I'd ask for ideas before I start wiping things on it trying to rejuvenate the color. Nothing peeled off, just discoloration. Any ideas?
