Front Ram Head Badge Painted

What do you think? I used some Duplicolor metal flake paint that I used on my engine cover. It looks like a pretty close match today, but it's kinda gloomy outside. I will have to see what it looks like in the sun light. It still needs a coat of clear. I also stuck my Hemi badge on the grille for a quick pic, not sure if I like it or not.

Duplicolor is great...I love using their paint for my second gen.

Thanks for the comments! I bought a can of clear at lunch today and already pulled the badge and layed down a coat. It brings out a little more red.

It's Duplicolor metal flake something or other. I will email you a pic of the can after work today. It's pretty close but has a ton more pearl in it than the truck's paint. Not as noticeable on a small badge but not sure how it would look on head light bezels. If I ever do my headlights I will paint and clear a large piece of plastic or something to get a better idea of how it's going to match.

hmmm

I have only had to paint 2 things in inferno so far - and both were shrouds. So, if it was a little off.......wouldn't know. I found a Mazda paint that was pretty damn close for those.

If I need to do bezels, I'll probably stick to the Mopar stuff.
