Got some Vinyl work done to my Ram...

So I FINALLY got the Vinyl work done on my 2012 Ram that I've been wanting to get done since I bought the truck last December.

The Vinyl used was 3m 1080 Matte Black.

The vinyl work was done by Jason, the owner, at Five Star Tinting & Graphics in Croydon, PA.

So there was a place that did the Vinyl work on my old truck (2006 Ram 1500 Quad Cab; See Pics Below). I went there first, and for my new truck, they had quoted me $380 which included the Matte Black Vinyl for the hood and R/T Bed Stripes.

So on my old truck, the 2006 Ram 1500 Quad Cab, I went and bought the Vinyl kits off eBay. R/T Stripes were $24.95 and the Hood Blackout was $49.95. The shop then charged me $180 to install both vinyl sets. So when they quoted me $380, I knew they were charging me $200 for the Vinyl material because on my last truck i brought the vinyl in and they only charged me $180 to install it... Charging me $200 for the Vinyl is insane!!




So, seeing as I thought $380 was ridiculously high, I visited a few other shops and found Five Star, which is where I ended up getting it done. It only ran me $170 out the door and they used the best Vinyl on the market, 3M 1080 Matte Black.

Actually, yes lol... the roof will be getting done shortly. Probably within 2 or 3 weeks. I want to lower it, but I have other stuff I want to do before I lower it.

Thanks, I can't wait to get my Mufflex DODM80 Muffler Delete installed tomorrow, the truck is going to scream and now it will look sick while ******* off everyone's ear drums lol...

Thanks... took a long time, alot of patience and curse words and trial and error... oh and a dremel. Thank God for the dremel.
